IL Defense Agency for Public Information Services aveva richiesto degli artisti per il loro dipartimento all'inizio di febbraio..dal 3 al 13 febbraio...la richiesta č stat inviata anche da RAIN e il 23 febbraio c'č stata la selezione finale.
